90 minutes of mat-based Hatha Yoga - accessible, playful and invigorating movement, stretching and relaxation. The class includes joint-freeing movement, strengthening balance work and meditation. Establishing a fuller, conscious breath throughout the practice deepens the body-mind connection - leaving you feeling ready to meet your day, refreshed and renewed. The class will close with a deeply restorative yoga nidra meditation. Class sizes are limited - a small, friendly group so that you are given the individual attention you deserve.
