This special Tuesday night event offers you space to set aside to-do lists and sink into the sacred practice of doing less. Time and stillness are the magic ingredients with this style of yoga, enabling us to truly rebalance the nervous system and feel less frazzled by the busyness of life. We'll begin with grounding restorative yoga poses - an invitation to deeply settle accompanied by calming sound waves - before moving into "lucid dreaming" yoga nidra (a form of meditation accessed through relaxation that can reduce stress and fatigue, and improve sleep cycles). All bodies welcome. As David Whyte says - "To rest is to give up on the already exhausted will as the prime motivator of endeavour, with its endless outward need to reward itself through established goals.
